You Have to Play this Game: Rimworld

Rimworld is a colony management game that has survival mechanics, management, and building. It was released in July 15, 2016 by Ludeon Studios. Rimworld is a game that i have 190+ hours in as of February 2020. The first 2 weeks after buying the game i could not stop playing. The game is that good that it completely takes over your thoughts and life. It was the first game i've bought where i was thinking about it throughout the day like how to make my colony better, how to make it more efficient, etc.

There are not many games that can do this to a person and having said this and in many ways Rimworld makes my list of the top game of the last decade. It's a fun, unique challenge that you cannot get anywhere else. It is only once in a decade that a game like this is released and that is one of the many reasons why you should play it. If you are interested in colony management games this is one of the best. Here is the description from Steam:

Here are some of the things you will be doing in Rimworld as described on Steam.

1.Managing colonist moods, needs, wounds, illnesses, and addictions.

2.Build in the forest, jungle, tundra, and more.

3.Watch colonists develop and break relationships with family members, lovers, and spouses.

4.Fight pirates, tribes, mad animals, giant insects, and ancient killing machines.

5.Craft structures, weapons, and apparel from metal, wood, stone, cloth, and futuristic materials,

6.Form caravans to complete quests, trade, attacks factions, or migrate your whole colony.

These are just some of the many things Rimworld has to offer. Rimworld recently dropped out of nowhere and without warning a new expansion to the game offering many new features and quests called "Royalty". Join the fun and if you like survival and colony building games give this one a try, it's worth it.
